Fennel tea is another popular home remedy for heartburn. To make your own fennel tea all you have to do is boil a couple of fennel seeds in water. To add to the healing properties and the taste of this tea, simply add some drops of peppermint oil.

5. Mixture
Combine 1 tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoonful of honey and 1 cup of warm water. Having this mixture would provide relief from heartburn.

This is a good way to deal with heartburn, as natural apple cider vinegar promotes healthy digestion. It will also clear the body of toxins at the same time. There are several ways in which you can introduce this to your diet, for example, you have a choice between tablets, capsules or liquid.
